You're ideal if you have:
- A 3-year qualification (BCom, BTech, or related) - BSc Agriculture is a bonus.
- 5-8 years in credit management within commercial/agricultural lending.
- Deep knowledge in deal structuring, credit and financial analysis, and commodity finance.
- Experience managing loan turnaround times and committee governance.
Top 4 Qualifying Questions:
- Do you have at least 5-8 years of experience in credit management?
- Have you worked with structured trade, agri-finance, or commodity lending?
- Can you lead credit committee work and manage stakeholder engagements?
- Are you confident evaluating and restructuring SME agri-business loans?
