About the position
Guiding teams on Agile/Scrum practices and value delivery
Facilitating workshops, discussions, and conflict resolution
Improving Agile maturity and ensuring continuous improvement
Supporting self-organization and completion of tasks (“closing the loop”) Minimum Requirements:
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
5 - 8 years experience in Agile Principles
Scrum Master Certification
Experience as Agile Master / Team Lead
Essential Skills Requirements:
Strong project management capability
Ability to lead technical teams using Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
Strong problem-solving, ownership, and result orientation
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Negotiation and customer-focused approach
Stress tolerance, teamwork, and motivational leadership
5–8 years’ experience with Agile principles
Desired Skills:
