About the position
The Agile Master (Entry) is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The role focuses on servant leadership, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Guide and coach team members on Agile principles and methodologies.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
- Foster collaboration within and across teams.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Drive structured planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts) to track delivery performance.
- Support Product Owner/Initiative Lead with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Promote Agile culture and values within the broader organisation.
- Support documentation, workshops, and training initiatives.
- Engage in stakeholder management and proactive communication.
- Understand technical discussions sufficiently to engage and support decision-making.
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members.
