About the position

We're looking for an experienced Agile Master with a strong Business Analysis background to join a dynamic global DevOps team. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring products are delivered efficiently while championing Agile best practices.




Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst within Agile software development environments.
  • Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering skills, including gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile toolsets such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams across multiple levels.
  • Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and product-centric delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience working within large enterprise or global IT environments.
  • Exposure to SAP or enterprise application landscapes will be advantageous.
  • Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS is advantageous.
  • Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
