About the position
A well-established company within the mining and mineral processing industry in Kathu is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Regional Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aftermarket sales, technical sales, service management, site management or business development within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of mineral separation and comminution equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience within the Northern Cape mining sector will be advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu.
- Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the Northern Cape.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional aftermarket sales strategies.
- Grow aftermarket sales, spare parts and maintenance business.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the mining sector.
- Provide technical support and aftermarket solutions.
- Manage and support regional service teams.
- Oversee spare parts availability and equipment refurbishment initiatives.
- Conduct site visits and recommend equipment improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
- Achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.
