DBN0002729 – After Sales Manager (Manufacturing) - Pietermartizburg
Purpose of the job:
To efficiently oversee the product support operations in order to guarantee that predetermined standards for customer care are fulfilled or surpassed while adhering to set cost constraints.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Key Accounts Management/Sales position
- Technical familiarity with battery-powered, two-stroke, and four-stroke outdoor power equipment.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Create yearly budgets for investments and expenses, and make sure financial goals are carried out.
- Create, carry out, and assess strategic initiatives aimed at addressing persistent and evolving business requirements for distributor and dealer markets.
- Determine, assess, and carry out strategic initiatives aimed at addressing current and evolving business requirements.
- Create pricing methods and company trading terms (business model) that maximize group profitability while generating market volume and value growth.
- Make that the product complies with the HZA market (NRCS).
- Create and oversee a comprehensive product plan
- Assist operations and after-sales to make sure extra parts are ordered to support the introduction of new products.
- Create spec sheet documentation and product launch communications in collaboration with marketing.
- Provide training materials on all new product releases for representatives and internal employees.
