What you'll be doing In this role, you'll coordinate after-sales service activities to deliver outstanding customer support. You'll manage service contracts, SLAs and warranty processes, prepare and follow up on quotations, and ensure customer issues are tracked and resolved. Accuracy will be key as you maintain records across systems, while also supporting the After Sales Manager and working closely with Service Engineers to keep things running smoothly. Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a successful international organisation with a strong presence in technical solutions for manufacturing and production industries. What you'll need You'll bring a relevant diploma or degree such as BCom or Advanced Diploma, though solid experience with matric will also be considered. With at least two years' experience in after-sales coordination, service administration or a similar function - ideally with exposure to manufacturing - you're confident in using CRM tools and MS Excel. Most importantly, you're detail-oriented, solutions-driven and committed to going the extra mile for customers.
