• Driving traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue through affiliate channels
• Monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling campaigns and offers
• Leading and guiding affiliate team members to deliver consistent results
