About the position
Are you an AEM expert ready to work on modern digital experience solutions? We’re looking for a strong AEM Developer with hands-on experience across Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
What You’ll Bring
- Strong AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service experience
- Mandatory: AEM Certification
- Strong Java / J2EE development skills
- Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX
- HTL (Sightly) & AEM Core Components
- HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Maven, Git, Jenkins / AEM Cloud Manager
- REST / SOAP API integrations
- Dispatcher configuration & caching strategies
- AEM Workflows, Content Fragments & Experience Fragments
- JUnit, code reviews & development best practices
- Agile / Scrum experience
RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
- Build and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs and services
- Design and deliver scalable AEM digital solutions
- Integrate AEM with external applications and APIs
- Develop and support AEM Forms & workflows
- Optimise performance, caching and overall platform stability
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards
- Work closely with Architects, BAs, QA and business stakeholders
- Support production deployments and resolve technical issues
A hands-on AEM specialist who combines strong Java development skills with deep Adobe experience and a passion for building high-quality digital platforms.
