About the position

DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BCom Human Resources Degree or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science or a related field
• Hands-on experience working with HR datasets, HRIS systems or workplace analytics is highly desirable

JOB PURPOSE

• Design sophisticated data models and Human Resource Information Systems to ensure data-driven decision-making processes that align with organisational goals.
• Build online recruitment system, strong technical background combined with business acumen, enabling effective communication of complex analytics to stakeholders.
• Extract data from various HR systems, databases and external sources ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to forecast HR metrics such as turnover, job profiling and grading, high potential employees and electronic recruitment system and success
• Create interactive dashboards, reports and visualisation that provide insights to HR and Executive teams
• Solid understanding of HR functions, workforce planning, talent management and organizational development
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence and HR analytics technologies
• Payroll Administration
