Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients via phone and email.
• Perform various administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel features, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Organize and maintain digital records and spreadsheets efficiently.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth team processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas and data management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital tools.
• Native-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Reliable, with a stable work history and a commitment to long-term growth.
• Must have your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Availability to work from 6 pm to 10 pm SA time to accommodate US clients.
