What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll act as the technical authority for a comprehensive admixture portfolio,advising customers on product selection, application and optimisation. Fromconducting laboratory testing and interpreting results to providing on-sitesupport for workability, setting time and durability challenges, you'll ensurehigh-performance outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with sales to delivertechnical presentations, proposals and CPD workshops, while contributing toproduct development and continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll developbest-practice documentation, lead internal training and ensure compliance withrelevant industry standards. What you'll need A degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Concrete Technology,Chemistry or similar, with 5-8 years' experience in concrete technology oradmixtures. You'll bring strong mix design knowledge, hands-on laboratorytesting experience, and the ability to interpret and communicate technical dataeffectively. Exposure to industry standards and prior technical leadershipexperience will be advantageous.
