?? Admitted Conveyancer | Western Cape | Permanent Role

Join a leading state-owned agricultural development bank empowering South African farmers and agri-entrepreneurs.

Our client, a dynamic and purpose-driven development finance institution, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Admitted Conveyancer to join its Provincial Office in the Western Cape. This is a permanent opportunity for someone passionate about land reform, agriculture, and impactful legal work.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in securing agricultural loan transactions, transferring ownership of properties, and ensuring compliance with key legislation. You'll support deal teams, draft and vet loan agreements, register securities, and help protect the bank's legal interests while driving real change in rural economies.

What We're Looking For

  • LLB + Admitted as a Conveyancer & Attorney
  • Minimum 4-5 years' conveyancing experience (pre-admission experience included)
  • Excellent understanding of land transfer, deeds processes, and applicable legislation
  • Strong contract drafting, risk awareness, and report writing skills
  • Valid driver's license & willingness to travel
