About the position

Our team of diverse professionals are looking for a highly accomplished Admitted Attorney with exceptional knowledge on Double Taxation Agreements (DTA) and also with negotiation, research, and communication skills, to join the Legal Team. The ideal candidate should be highly efficient, detail-orientated, determined, and pro-active. This position is geared specifically towards Tax Advisory with a particular focus on Double Taxation Agreements (DTA).

Required Qualifications & skills

  • LLB Degree.
  • LLM Degree advantageous.
  • Admitted Attorney with 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage output in a high growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Key Deliverables:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of individual cross-border taxation issues.
  • Tax Advisory consultations.
  • DTA & residency opinion drafting/internal reviews.
  • Researching tax-related issues.
