About the position
We are looking for a highly organized Administrator to manage key operational and administrative functions within our aviation training environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, student support, visa documentation, and general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This position is based in Johannesburg North.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Administrative Support:
Processing invoices for flights, briefings, exams, and suppliers.
Handling Momentum insurance applications.
Student & Training Coordination:
Managing CPL exam bookings.
Coordinating aviation medical bookings.
Facilitating student enrolment.
Visa & Compliance Management:
Preparing and managing visa documentation.
Handling visa renewals for students.
Inventory & Resource Management:
Ordering and controlling stock for training materials and operational needs.
Communication & General Administration:
Managing email inquiries professionally.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, especially in financial and compliance-related tasks.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in an aviation or training environment is advantageous.
