About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our aviation training operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent support to students and internal stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:
Submission and tracking of SACAA license applications.
Processing excess insurance applications.
Exam Coordination:
Invigilating exams.
Handling PPL exam bookings.
Submitting student reports.
Financial & Reporting Tasks:
Preparing training quotes for PPL to CPL programs.
Managing exam invoicing and hourly reconciliations.
Communication & Support:
Handling email and telephone queries professionally.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial tasks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in an aviation or training environment is advantageous.
