About the position

Main purpose of the job

• Reception duties / Administrative functions

Primary Duties

• Answer telephone, take messages and distribute messages to the relevant person.
• Maintain filing system and document control.
• Prepare and distribute documentation for stock take.
• Assist with stock-takes (after hours), when required
• Assisting Bookkeeper with GRN of stock
• Assisting Bookkeeper with capturing supplier invoices into Pastel
• Assisting Accountant and Bookkeeper with other functions when required.
• Co-ordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
• Purchasing and monitoring of stationery & consumables
• Archiving
• Assist with operational administration of the warehouse.
• Assist consultants administration of the organisation.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Abide by all Company policies and procedures.
• Work Overtime as and when required.
