About the position
Our client in the PMB and surrounding areas is on the look out for an experienced administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, update and distribute reports, schedules, spreadsheets, summaries and administrative records as required.
- Assist with translation, interpretation and clarification of business information between English and Chinese, where required.
- Support communication between management, relevant departments and representatives
- Capture and maintain accurate information on Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate documentation, correspondence and follow-up actions relating to cross-border administrative matters.
- Maintain orderly filing systems, records and databases to support internal reporting and audit trails.
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, action lists and progress tracking where required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of company information, correspondence and data.
- Perform general administrative duties and other related tasks as reasonably required by management.
- Has a good working knowledge of applicable, and local, legislation.

- 3-5 years experience

- fluency in Chinese advantageous
