About the position

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Data capturing
  • Recording of daily headcount and absenteeism.
  • Checking of timesheets of plant personnel.
  • Plant personnel leave management.
  • Ensuring plant production activities has been booked.
  • Assisting with capturing production activities and ensuring booking takes place.
  • Raw materials record keeping
  • Tracking plant raw material usage.
  • Indicating potential raw material shortages.
  • Following up on raw material availability.
  • Following up on lab results for raw material usage.
  • Capturing plant waste generation.
  • General plant administration
  • Loading various transitions in SAP.
  • Assist with Human Resource related functions.
  • Assisting with CAR closures.
  • Assisting with SHE functions
