Key Responsibilities:
General reception and administrative duties
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Compiling and updating check sheets
Preparing basic Excel reports
Assisting with administrative support to the quality department
Ensuring documentation complies with food safety and quality standards
Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge and reporting skills
Basic understanding of food safety and quality processes
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Clear criminal record
