Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Regional Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical) for compliance, contracts, and operational records.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and regional team activities.
- Assist with tracking performance indicators, compiling regional reports, and monitoring deadlines.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks within the region.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and operational logistics.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 essential.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or PA/secretarial role (experience within financial services or legal sectors preferrable).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
