About the position

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organising and storing information
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Work closely with and support the Finance Team

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Previously worked in a finance department
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Computer Literacy

Desired Skills:
