About the position

Red Ember is seeking an Admin Supervisor for our client based in KwaZulu-Natal, specifically in Pine Town. The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all branch administration functions, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies. The role includes managing stock and warehouse administration, petty cash management, and supervising administrative staff, while aligning deliverables with service-level agreements (SLAs).



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch administration and workflow efficiency.
  
• Manage stock control, including issuing, returning, and capturing physical counts.
  
• Ensure accurate system updates (GRNs, RTS, credit notes, new item creation).
  
• Handle petty cash: reconciliation, compliance, and reporting.
  
• Supervise and train admin staff, ensuring continuous development.
  
• Prepare and submit reports, weekly/monthly packs, and financial reconciliations.
  
• Manage vehicle bookings, licensing, and inspections.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
  

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Administration or related field.
  
• 3–4 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a client service environment.
  
• Experience with stock control and database systems.
