Admin Controller

About the position

Factory Administrator position available at Middelwit Factory to provide accurate production, budgeting, stock control, and timekeeping support to management.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate statistical, budgetary, and production information to management
• Maintain and monitor stock control and warehouse records
• Assist with product costing and budget preparation and control
• Manage salaries and wages timekeeping records
• Supervise and monitor daily production activities
• Perform general administrative duties related to factory operations
• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong bookkeeping and basic accounting skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing and reporting ability
• Proficiency in English and at least one other official language

Advantageous

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Manufacturing, or related
