As an Admin Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and Finance teams, ensuring smooth operations in time and attendance management, financial administration, and reporting. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency of our business!

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Financial Administration:
    • Generate and process purchase orders (GRN)

    • Assist Head Office with supplier queries

    • Manage new vendor applications

    • Manufacturing on Syspro

    • Assist with credit note requests

    • Compile weekly reports for the Financial Manager

    • Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping
  • Time & Attendance Management:
    • Schedule employees and manage movement of hours

    • Capture employee attendance on Kronos

    • Maintain daily attendance records and address missed punches

    • Work closely with department heads on clocking queries

    • Generate daily reports for HR & Labelling

    • Assist employees with payslip queries

    • Support payroll month-end processing

    • Capture leave on Kronos

    • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

What we looking for

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • HR Diploma/Finance Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Food Manufacturing Company
  • Experience in Finance and Time & Attendance systems advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Trustworthiness and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with Syspro and Kronos systems (advantageous)
  • Numerical skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Clear criminal record
