About the position
Our client is seeking an Admin Clerk to join the Port Elizabeth team,
· Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
· Capture and maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office and other systems.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and other correspondence.
· Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
· Order and manage office supplies and stationery.
· Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
· Greet and direct visitors and respond to general inquiries.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and minute-taking.
Requirements· Grade 12
· Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
