Overview ?? Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the operations, finance, and procurement or sales teams. ERP (Dynamics 365 / Finance & Operations) Data Processing Capture, validate, and process large volumes of transactional data within Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP platforms. Process & Compliance Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data capture, approvals, and document handling.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administration Assistant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or a comparable ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of processing and capturing high volumes of data-particularly within procurement and sales order environments-while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
Assist with generating reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Create, update, and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), vendor information, customer accounts, pricing, and related data.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness by performing routine validations, reconciliations, and cross-check checks.
Troubleshoot data entry errors and escalate system issues when necessary.
Support audits by preparing well-organized documentation and reports.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and operational standards.
