We are a midrand-based property powerhouse operating across residential and commercial development, buy-to-let investments, and rental portfolio management. As we scale our footprint, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented actuarial analyst to bridge the gap between technical risk assessment and strategic property investment.
Role overview
In this role, you will be the architect of our risk and valuation frameworks. You will develop and maintain complex actuarial models that support our insurance products, refine valuation processes, and sharpen our risk management strategies to ensure long-term portfolio stability.
Qualifications & requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge in mathematics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify emerging market trends.
- Proven proficiency in statistics and finance to drive accurate forecasting and rigorous risk analysis.
- Advanced excel capabilities and proficiency in actuarial or financial modelling tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Active progress toward actuarial certification through a recognized professional body.
