A Well-Established and growing FMCG Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor who is comfortable combining hands-on processing with Team leadership. This role requires someone who leads by example, takes ownership of the Creditors function, and is actively involved in the day-to-day work while ensuring accuracy, control, and performance across the Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable transactions, supervising and reviewing the work of the Creditors Team, managing reconciliations and payment runs, and ensuring all deadlines are met. A strong focus is placed on review, problem-solving, and control, particularly when dealing with discrepancies or escalated issues. The role also involves managing relationships with challenging suppliers, requiring clear communication, confidence, and the ability to resolve disputes professionally within a production-driven environment. This opportunity requires proven experience in a senior or supervisory Accounts Payable role, with hands-on processing, staff supervision, and work review.
