About the position

Our Client is a pioneer Company in access control solutions on a search for a detail oriented and hardworking Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will play the vital role in managing timely invoice processing, vendor payments and inventory management. The ideal candidate would be someone with SAP experience and a background with stock. If you match the profile to this search, then apply now!

Duties & Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable you will be expected and not limited to:

  • Accurately process supplier invoices
  • Perform regular reconciliations of creditor accounts
  • Prepare and process payment runs to suppliers
  • Handle queries from suppliers regarding payments, statements, and discrepancies
  • Prepare regular creditor reports, including aging reports and payment schedules
  • Ensure all creditor activities comply with company financial policies and relevant regulations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • A degree/diploma in accounting
  • SAP and Stock experience (NON- NEGIOABLE)
  • 5 years or more experience

Desired Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years
