Accounts Payable Clerk - Bryanston - R30 000 to R20 000 C.T.C

About the position

Our client is a shared service team with its main company being a fast-paced air freight wholesaler that offers wholesale freight and logistic solutions.
The position requires a proactive, hardworking and adaptable individual that can process large amounts of information accurately and timely. This is a great opportunity to gain Forex exposure in a multinational environment as you will be responsible for the Netherlands division of the company.

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Capturing all vendor invoices
• Completing administrative functions accurately
• Full function of accounts payable
• Process compliant payments
• Verify and investigate discrepancies with vendor accounts
• Process and allocate employee expenses
• Assist with finance administration

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in processing and capturing data
• Forex experience
• Experience with shared service environment
