About the position
Accounts Assistant?? Sea Point
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in creditors and accounts payable? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are valued? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing high volumes of creditor invoices accurately
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting PAYE registers and finance administration
- Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensuring all finance processes comply with company procedures
What we're looking for:- 2–3 years' experience in an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable role
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with Sage Evolution 200 is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Someone who can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
What's on offer:- Permanent position
- Salary of R18,000 – R20,000, depending on experience
- Onsite role based in Sea Point
