Overview of position
To manage accounts administration, invoicing, debtor collections and financial reporting for the luxury car hire division.
- Process customer invoices.
- Manage debtors and collections.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Process supplier payments.
- Maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage fuel and toll reconciliations.
- Assist with annual audits.
- Support budgeting processes.
