About the position

Are you a dynamic and skilled Accounts Administrator with a passion Delivery and Administration? We are looking for your expertise and dynamic personality in our branch in Hillcrest, Kwa Zulu Natal.

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • A relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proven experience and knowledge in a customer service environment.
  • Accounting package experience, Pastel would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of debt collection procedures & proven experience in this area.
  • Medical sector or Medical Aid administration experience would be advantageous.
  • Multilingual - Spoken & Written English is critical, Zulu would be advantageous.

Required Job Competencies:

  • Great attention to detail and record keeping.
  • Organised and process driven.
  • Ability to function with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Accounts Administration

  • Manages all customer and sales representative details on Pastel.

  • Invoices and issues quotations as required.
  • Manages & maintains good customer service in the KZN region.
  • Maintains relevant tender administration for active tenders in KZN.
  • Manages debtors accounts in conjunction with debtor administration personnel.
  • Prepares month-end reconciliation and customer statements.

Office Supervisor

  • Plans and implements call roster for logistics team.
  • Ensures SOP processes are being adhered to by all staff.
  • Monitor staff performance for any issues which may arise and report them to the responsible manager.
  • Manages meeting room bookings.
  • Assists with tearoom bookings and supplies if needed.
  • Manages stock levels and stock requests along with logistics staff on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manages routine maintenance requirements at KZN office.
  • Ensures stock control activities are conducted as per business operational requirements.
  • Co-ordinates stock takes as and when required.
  • Procures required office and marketing supplies as needed.
