Minimum Requirements:

• CIA or CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum 3+ years of internal audit experience
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk management
• Exposure to SOX 404, JSOX, and GAAP frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage internal audit engagements
• Assess and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
• Collaborate with business units to enhance operational efficiency
• Support ongoing compliance with SOX and related frameworks
