About the position

Duties included, but are not limited to:

• Full accounting function up to trail balance
• Debtors & Creditors (Invoicing , recons, collections)
• Processing from bank statements and petty cash
• Supplier invoice processing
• Bank reconciliations
• Scrutinisation of general ledger to identify outlying transactions
• Daily cash flow management and forecasting
• Inventory reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset register ( depreciation / insurance )
• VAT reporting and submission
• PAYE reporting and submission
• Monthly management reporting and feedback
• Imports Related Accounting
• Financial Statements
• Liaise with bank and auditors

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is a completed B Com Accounting degree with SAIPA articles  and 2 years' post articles.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Own transport with valid driver's license.
• Proficient Excel knowledge
