About the position

Our client in the construction industry is currently looking for an Accountant with experience in Financial Management to be based in Ballito.
Position: Accountant

Location: Ballito, KZN

Minimum Qualification Criteria: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management
• Minimum 5-8 years working experience in Industry (Manufacturing /Construction/ Industrial services preferred)
• Strong Financial Management Accounting skills

Software Skills:

• Knowledge of Sage Payroll or equivalent (Compulsory)
• Knowledge of Quickbooks or equivalent financial software (Compulsory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong financial and management accounting skills
• Must be able to Conduct Internal Audits
• Must have the ability to prepare books up to trial balance
• Competent in preparing management reports
• Good knowledge of VAT, PAYE, UIF
• Pricing and quotations
• Knowledge of Sage Payroll or equivalent
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or equivalent financial software
