About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant (Hybrid) to join the Port Elizabeth team,
· Billing of monthly invoices
· Process check requests and wire payments
· Record month-end closing journal entries
· Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
· Reconcile bank accounts
· Maintenance of fixed asset register
· Assist with month end closing
· Assist with the annual audit
· Assist with the preparation of the annual audit
Requirements· Grade 12
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
· 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
· GL, AP, and AR experience
· International accounting experience a plus
· Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS for SME’s
· Computer literate with advanced Excel
