About the position
Our client within the international/luxury wine importer & distribution space is seeking a WSET (preferable) account sales manager. Candidates are to have experience within a similar role and be willing to travel and work over weekends & evenings.
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing sales targets and managing customer relationships. One should be agile in order to work collaboratively with the team in the Cape and with international cliental.
Qualifications & Skills Include:
- Solid knowledge of specified areas in Cape Town.
- Having contacts & relationships within the wine industry would be advantageous.
- International wine knowledge.
- WSET - Wine Certification.
- Proficient in MS Office & report writing.
- CRM/SAP experience is advantageous.
- Excellent multitasking & time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Passionate & energetic attitude.
- Excellent sales acumen.
- Sound knowledge of wine trends & industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
