We're growing fast and we're looking for an energetic, confident, and sharp Account Manager to take innovative business solutions into retail head offices across Cape Town.
If you understand the retail world (FMCG, fashion, electronics, or general retail), know how to access decision-makers, and thrive on building strong relationships, this could be your next big move.

What the Role Is About
You will own the retail territory in Cape Town - identifying opportunities, educating retail leaders on solutions, and influencing decision-making at head-office level.
Your focus will be to:
- Open doors
- Present confidently
- Solve real business problems
- Build long-term relationships
- Close new business
You'll engage with buyers, commercial leaders, IT teams, operations, procurement, and executives across the retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing daily:
- Take the solutions portfolio into retail HQs and clearly articulate value
- Discover customer needs, challenges, and opportunities through strong probing skills
- Deliver compelling presentations that connect technology to business outcomes
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of retail opportunities
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed deals and revenue
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive repeat engagement
- Stay up to date with retail trends and solution offerings
- Collaborate internally to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Represent the business professionally at meetings, events, and industry interactions

Qualifications & Experience
You'll stand out if you have:
- A diploma or degree (Business, IT, Management, Communications, or similar)
- 3-10 years' sales experience, preferably in B2B or solutions selling
- Experience selling into retail head offices (advantageous)
- Exposure to IT, telecoms, communications, or digital solutions (beneficial)
- Experience with two-way radio or PoC Radio solutions (advantageous but not essential)
