About the position

Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development Drive revenue and volume growth in the Inland region, identify new sales opportunities, and expand revenue streams.
- Key Account Management Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion Service distributors, food service, and manufacturing segments, identifying business opportunities.
- Strategic Negotiation Negotiate B2B contracts, analyze competitors, and recommend pricing strategies for profitable business flows.
- Marketing & Promotions Mobilize trade shows, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.
- Forecast & Logistics Coordination Work closely with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence Gather, analyze, and present market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the airline or fats & oils industry
- Proven B2B sales experience in the fats & oils sector
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and seize new opportunities
- Passion for customer service, teamwork, and results-driven sales
