About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
YOUR strong understanding of Digital Marketing & proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines is wanted by an innovative Digital Marketing Agency to fill the role of its next Account Manager. You will be expected to ensure clients remain happy and engaged, manage their accounts efficiently and that opportunities for expanding their marketing initiatives are identified and pursued. You will also serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will require at least 2+ years’ work experience in Account Management within a Digital Marketing agency or similar environment with a solid understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media, and other online advertising platforms. You must possess the strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, create and present reports that demonstrate campaign performance, key insights, and areas for improvement & have experience upselling and cross-selling Digital Marketing services to maximize client value and revenue growth.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines. Ability to create and present reports that demonstrate campaign performance, key insights, and areas for improvement.
Strategic Growth Advocate: A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to expand the scope of the client’s account by recommending new services or enhancements. Experience in upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services to maximize client value and revenue growth. Ability to analyse data and market trends to develop strategies that drive client success and long-term retention.
Problem Solver & Proactive Leader: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on addressing client concerns swiftly and effectively. Strong leadership skills to influence both internal team members and clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Ability to identify areas of improvement within accounts and implement solutions to enhance performance.
