Account Executive/Manager!
Location: Gqeberha (On-site)

We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive/Manager to lead key client relationships, ensuring day-to-day management, business growth, and delivery excellence. You'll work closely with senior leadership to hit business goals while managing and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client and supplier relationships.
  
  
• Ensure client briefs are accurately conveyed to the agency, aligning deliverables with expectations.
  
  
• Drive business growth through excellent communication, problem-solving, and financial management.
  
  
• Lead by example, upholding high standards of integrity, resourcefulness, humility, and passion.
  
  
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  
  
• Travel as needed and maintain a professional, client-first approach.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ year's agency experience (advertising or marketing).
  
  
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.
  
  
• Own car and driver's license.
