Our client is looking to employ an Account Manager
Duties
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures within the assigned area.
- Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships to expand Liquid Capital's market presence across various channels.
- Continuously analyse market trends and competitor activities to implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide training and development to dealership staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Offer post-sale dealer support related to policy administration.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) efficiently throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for both the dealer network and end customers.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Handle administrative tasks to support monthly sales reporting and target presentations.
- Willingness to travel as required for business operations.
Requirements
- Matric
- 3-year Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- 3-year Degree in Business Administration
- RE Qualification
- FAIS Accreditation
- Computer literate on MS Office / Excel3 to 5 years' sales (KAM) experience
- Fully bilingual in English and ideally Afrikaans
- Intermediate level MS Office
- Motor industry experience at dealer level essential with an understanding into dealer operations
- Firm understanding of the regulatory environment: FAIS, CPA, POPIA
- Valid Drivers' License
