About the position

A baby wet wipe and sachet manufacturer of a broad range of wet wipe products requires the above to manage and grow strategic customer relationships within the wet wipe manufacturing sector, including private label, retail, healthcare, baby care, personal care, and industrial wipe products.
Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Previous sales experience in B2B sales in FMCG, packaging or wipes, or co-packing is preferred but not essential.  
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG or personal care or hygiene products, or contract manufacturing, is preferred but not essential.  
  • Previous sales experience, having sold products into the Retail industry having relationships with retail buyers, brand owners, or procurement Managers is preferred.   
  • Previous experience having worked within the white label / private label or contract manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential.   
  • Experience in flexible packaging would be an advantage.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing strategic customer relationships within the wet wipe manufacturing sector, including private label, retail, healthcare, baby care, personal care, and industrial wipe products. 
  • Developing new business and managing a portfolio of accounts across retail, FMCG, healthcare, and private label sectors. 
  • Driving account growth through increased volumes, new product listings, and expanded product ranges. 
  • Negotiating pricing, supply agreements, and annual contracts with customers. 
  • Expanding private label and contract manufacturing opportunities. 
  • Collaborating with R&D, production, and technical teams on new product development initiatives. 
  • Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders including buyers, category managers, and procurement teams. 
  • Conducting scheduled client visits, presentations, and business reviews. 
  • Monitoring stock levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules for key accounts. 
  • Managing order flow from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance reviews. 

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
