Location: Johannesburg - Pinetown

1. About the Opportunity:

A well-established and reputable organisation within the managed services and office automation sector is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join their team.

This business partners with corporate clients to optimise operational efficiency through end-to-end managed solutions, equipment, and process improvements, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a client-centric, service-driven environment.

2. Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand within accounts.

3. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and identify value-adding solutions

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Ensure consistent SLA delivery and high service standards
  • Coordinate installations, maintenance, and support with internal teams
  • Proactively resolve client issues and improve performance

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting
  • Manage account-related documentation and queries
  • Track performance and provide insights to clients and internal teams

Account Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strengthen account penetration and retention
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
4. Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3 5 years' experience in Account Management or B2B Sales
  • Experience in managed services, office automation, or similar technical environments highly advantageous
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
