About the position

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple prospect accounts across various client portfolios, delivering comprehensive 360° sales support with a strong emphasis on capturing the dynamic and communicating the client's story effectively.
  • Confidently engage with diverse stakeholders - from selling FinTech solutions to Finance Directors and HR leaders at SMEs in the morning, to presenting cutting-edge Agentic AI offerings to CTOs in the afternoon.
  • Conduct approximately outbound calls daily (facilitated by our technology, taking roughly 2.5-3 hours). While call volume and persistence are key, we focus on intelligent activity rather than rigid KPIs. Some days may involve fewer calls, others more, depending on priorities. Most outreach is cold, though warm leads are also available. Our target personas are professional and courteous.
  • Proactively follow up on leads, advance opportunities through the pipeline, and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling into the UK market, with an understanding of local business culture and decision-making dynamics.
  • Polished, articulate phone manner - a consultative and composed approach is essential. An aggressive B2C style will not be suitable. Our prospects are often from finance and traditional British sectors, so professionalism and a refined communication style are important.
  • Quick thinker with strong objection-handling skills, capable of learning fast and adapting in real time.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and intellectually engaged - someone who wants to think critically and contribute to the role beyond just execution.
  • A positive, committed attitude. We're a growing business - while the upside is significant, success requires resilience and ownership. Earnings potential can exceed £100K+ in time, but this role suits someone who values opportunity over entitlement.
  • Ideally able to manage campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and messaging channels, adding strategic insight alongside calling and meeting activities.
  • Relevant qualifications and a solid understanding of professional sales fundamentals.

Tools & Systems:

  • HubSpot CRM, Slack, and standard dialler systems.
  • No complex tech stack - our tools are intuitive and efficient.

The successful candidate will initially join our current setup, with the goal of transitioning to a UK/US-aligned package as the business scales.

Commissionable element differs between every client but consider that matching base rate over the course of the year would be more than possible even in the shorter run. Commission is billed on revenue received. In the longer run, we are looking at dividend shares and a company milestone bonus structure.

***Salary - £2000 (R45,400.00 - Roughly) basic a month + commission/incentives on top, going up to £2500 (R56,800.00 - Roughly) basic a month after 6 months. (Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)
