Account Director - Research

About the position

Join a team, within the an international critical issues firm, providing high-quality research, analysis, intelligence and expert advice in the following key areas:

• Devise, conduct and present thorough and thoughtful research and qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Produce concise and compelling outputs that highlight key messages and themes in a range of formats
• Design and explain methodologies to address complex client and business challenges
• Support new business efforts by helping staff prepare for pitches and proposals
• Competitive analyses and benchmarking of (prospective) clients and peer groups
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of traditional and social media
• Track and analyze critical issues and trends across various sectors and practice areas
• Review and summarize takeaways from complex, technical documents such as analyst reports,regulatory filings and legal complaints
• Query research databases to extract relevant information into reports and actionable datasets
• Data analysis, including charting and other visualizations
• Monitor and analyze breaking news affecting clients
