Key Responsibilities

• Ensure web and mobile applications comply with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG)
• Conduct accessibility audits and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to implement accessible solutions
• Perform accessibility testing using manual and automated tools
• Provide guidance and training on accessibility best practices
• Review designs and code to ensure inclusive user experiences
• Support the development of accessibility policies, standards, and documentation
• Stay updated with evolving accessibility regulations and technologies

 
Job Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in Accessibility Engineering, Front-End Development, UI/UX Engineering, or a related role
• Strong understanding of WCAG, ADA, and digital accessibility principles
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
• Experience conducting usability and accessibility audits
• Understanding of responsive design and inclusive user experience principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
