Access Network Engineer
Type: Temp | Level: Mid Career | Region: National

Job Summary: As an Access Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of access network projects. You will conduct capacity planning, implement upgrades, create data analysis, maintain network documentation, automate processes, configure equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for customer service teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of access network projects in the representative office.
  • Conduct capacity planning and implement upgrades.
  • Create and provide data analysis, ETL pipelines, maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting network telemetry, logs, and alarms.
  • Automate data collection, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Configure and maintain access network equipment.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot access-related issues.
  • Provide support for customer service teams regarding access network faults and escalations.
